Class Description
Yoga means union. It is the union occurring between the mind, body,
and spirit. The instructor will teach you various asanas, which refer to
the practice of physical postures and poses. You may also learn
breathing exercises and light meditation. This form of exercise will help
you create balance, while developing strength and flexibility. In
addition, to a state of consciousness and tranquility.

Martial Arts
This class teaches the practices of Japanese Goju. "Goju," is the uniting
of the yin and yang or hard and soft. You will be taught the hard,
which utilizes defensive techniques, katas, kicks and punches, to
increase strength, and discipline. The softer aspects may include light
meditation, and centered breathing.

Meditation
The instructor may take you through concentration exercises where
you may focus on a sound, object, visualization, the breath,
movement, or attention itself to increase your awareness of the present
moment. Some instructors may encourage you to chant or repeat
positive affirmations to help lift your spirits or open your heart.
Meditation may help you to feel more balanced, relieve stress, promote
relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.

Intention Meditation
This meditation is based on the laws of attraction. You will be making
intentions on what you'd like to see manifest in your life. Class
consists of breathing exercises, standing, sitting, and lying meditation.

Forgiveness Meditation
This meditation is to assist you in opening up your heart centers so
that you can begin forgiveness. This may be helpful if you are having
difficulty forgiving either yourself or someone else.

Reiki
A safe and simple technique for stress reduction and relaxation that
promotes healing and adjusts ones energy centers. Usually administered
by the practitioner laying of  the hands on the body or laying the
hands a few inches over the body, working in the auric field. This may
enable you to tap into your life force, and along with other remedies
can assist in improving your health and quality of life.

Distance Healing
(Healing will be taking place, although you and the healer are in two
different locations).
The healer will send you positive energy to assist in healing emotional
and or physical issues. You and the healer will speak on the telephone
for about 5-10 minutes about what the intention for your healing will
be. Then the healer will set up a time where the healing will begin. You
will probably be asked to be lying down and or in a relaxed state, when
the healing is taking place. You may receive an e-mail or phone call
afterwards to confirm the healing took place. Healing may not take the
